Ordered a 98262 because from the picture it had the same footprint as the model in my MH. I could not get the right model # , when I ordered it they sent me the wrong one! When I received this 98262, it was N Ok T like the picture at all. It had a different footprint, I gave up. Bought a hammer drill & some cement bits to drill new mounting holes in my 1/4 tile floor without cracking it! Cost me an extra $75.00 , but it's done, looks great, works great!
