Order was quick and easy. Unfortunately, when I received my order it was not the part I thought I would receive. The part pictured online made it hard to tell what the actual part was. And description of the part apparently was misleading. When I called Autoplicity customer it took multiple calls to get a ticket ID to begin the process to return the part. After a week of daily following up I finally received instructions and mailing label to return the part. I'm still waiting for a refund.

It was a bit disingenuous to have a "Register and get a discount" link that didn't work. Didn't really inspire trust in the process, but we'll see how the entire purchase goes. Thanks.
