The shipping box was totally destroyed. Heavy axles were flopping around with small plastic parts.

I had been working with a salesman to purchase an exhaust. In the midst of this, something happened and the price went up. After relaying this to the salesman, he agreed to honor it at the first price. That shows a lot of character for a company that wants to please it's customers! Would definitely buy from them again!
