First order, site was easy to use. Product quality was good. Price was good compared to other vendors but a bit more than I expected to pay.

The drop down to check make and model does not have motorcycles in it. Called customer service the other evening and got transfered a few times. Then got told I needed to call the company who makes the item I just bought to check to see if it would fit my bike.

It is the way all on-line purchases should go. I got the item in 2 days, even before the email that it had shipped! Only negative is that the shipping cost was 35% the item cost. But it was still less that others with "free" shipping.
