Update: I've received the part, but haven't had a chance to install it yet. However, it looks just like the one that came off the truck, which is encouraging.

You charged reasonable shipping rates...not the ridiculous over charging that some sites are charging, therefore loosing my business...good job.

Easy ordering and great product lines. Emailed for an update on a item shipping from the manufacturer warehouse and it took about a week to get any response but it did come thru and the item is on its way.
