Great item. Only concern was the lack of transparency why my order was cancelled initially. The pricing changed and my order was cancelled and was not told the real reason until I kept asking. I ordered it nonetheless since I was in a hurry to get my item. A great customer service company would have offered something in return for it. But nothing was ever offered. This will probably the last time I will shop at Autoplicity.
