I am totally satisfied with Autoplicity.  
I have not installed the parts but they look to be an exact replacement. I do not anticipate any problems.
I am not happy with their shipper, FedEx. I have lived at the same address for 19 years and FedEx still cannot find my home. (UPS has no problem at all.) After 3 calls to FedEx, I was able to finally speak with a Customer Service Rep that suggested since the delivery driver couldn't locate the address that I pick up the package at a nearby grocery store which accepts FedEx packages. He located the package and made the necessary changes to the delivery address. I picked it up the next day, about 7 days later than the original delivery date. I hope this delay in delivery doesn't affect the return of my core.
I don't know how often things like this happen. If this is not an anomaly, it would sure be nice if Autoplicity customers were able to indicate their preferred delivery service when placing an order.
