I replaced an older 10,000 BTUunit with this dometic. Seems to be pretty decent. My only the critique is that the fan is not rotable, even though the description says it is. It's riveted to the case. To actually make it move would require some modification tnat I felt would void the warranty so I left it alone.

I replaced a 20 year old unit with this and it was very easy to do myself. HVAC units comes prewired to the controller, so wiring was simple line in and pump out. Its smaller than the older unit and the water in and out we in better locations so it was easy to install. It runs quieter and uses less energy, while still producing the same cool air. My cabin was like an ice box running two of these for 30min.
