According to the website, it said free shipping, however, when placing the order for the product I ended up paying $12.95 for shipping on a $32.80 item to get it in 5 days. Missleading.

First package arrived late, pre-opened and appeared preinstalled. Customer service was great with shipping refund, return and re-order. Second package arrived early, new and unopened. Now ordered more products-very happy with Autoplicity!
