Wanted specific Thule load bars in black. Many sites offered same, but then in the process of ordering, indicate stock unavailable, pending, or shipping weeks in the future. Autoplicity had new stock on hand, priced right, with quick shipping. Definitely worth bookmarking for future needs! Thanks for being there, now I'm prepared in time for Summer surfing season.

I initially was concerned with the order process. When I hadn't seen a 'product has shipped email ' I decided to call and check the status of my order. From that point on my experience was great. Customer service provided me with all the updates I needed.
