I was very happy to see you had the tire I needed. What surprised me the most was the delivery of the product. I ordered one tire - I didn't realize the tire would be delivered without any protective packaging. The tire arrived with a adhesive label slapped on the tire and thrown over into my front gate. I live in NYC anyone could have reached in and taken the new tire. On top of that I didn't receive a notification- text or email informing me the tire was delivered. I did sign up to track the package. We found the tire in the front gate when we went out in the morning. The transaction was fine - no problems in placing the order. The problem was how the product was shipped and delivered. Very unprofessional and careless.
