Easy product shopping, items are tracked and shipped relatively quick, but there is little product identification and proper installation for large orders. Small pieces of paper in different languages and blurry photos of step by step fitting do not suffice.

Called to ask my package to be held at a fed ex facility because the original delivery date was rescheduled from a Friday to the following Monday and I wanted to pick it up Friday evening instead of waiting till Monday for the delivery. The customer service rep was very professional and his customer service skills are great. My only annoyance was that i didn't get the email about it being held until Sunday and had to drive out and pick up the package on Monday. Other than that, great service and even with that delivery delay the delivery didn't even take a week which is more than i can say for other companies. Thanks THMotorsports.
