Everything was great with shopping and receiving. Unfortunately I figured out what the problem was with the ignition and I no longer need the product I ordered. I'll be requesting a return shortly.

The website is easy to navigate. Autoplicity had the lowest Monroe shock absorber prices after checking two local sources and three online, plus they honored a coupon code for a percentage off shipping. I only had one question regarding the a difference between the name of the product on the website and the name on Monroe's website. A call to customer service confirmed it was the same product.
