The pricing is great, shipping speed is moderate, but there customer service is bad....I was talked down to, disrespected and then hung up on, and I didn't say anything remotely bad , negative or anything, I was respectful and courteous, yet I was treated like garbage....I think the customer service representatives are part of the reason autoplicity doesn't have near 5 stars
