I was expecting to get my whole order in one shipment and was weary when I only received half of it without explanation not a back order invoice, so I called customer service to inquire about the rest of my order. Within 2 minutes the Lady whom answered the call explained that the order was split into 2 and that I would received the rest in about 3/4 days, I actually received it on the 5th day but hey, once you shipped it is on the hands of the carrier, so overall I'm extremely happy with this company and will definitely purchase from them again and would recommend them to everyone.
