I think the product could have been packaged better and the delivery time could have also been better not sure if any of this is your fault thanks

Didn't like how checkout defaults to a $9.99 shipping charge, and adds a $5.99 shipping insurance. If someone wasn't paying attention those items would be added to their purchase. That just isn't the right thing to do.
