The order process was smooth and we received our order very fast. The only problem with the shipment was the outer packaging was not good and didn't have marks showing 'UP'. So, one package was coming upside down and the caps on each bottle were taken out. Also, it would be great to print out an invoice from the website.

The box arrived and although it contained my anchor. The box was destroyed because no packing was in the box with the anchor
