I ordered three (3) cupholders. They were as described and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the cups that I intend to use them for do not fit well. I could not pull up my order online to initiate a return, so I left a mesage with customer service. I left the message on the weekend and have yet to hear back. I expect I will be notified tomorrow (Monday) as to how to return the items.

You should be more clear about the realistic time its gonna take to have products shipped. It took 8 days to have my wheel bearings shipped. Thats an issue that will steer me away from ordering anything again in the future from this establishment. 8 days...thats way way to long!!!
