I called within an hour after I ordered part to cancel, I was told to submit it on line, which I did. The part was still shipped.

You provided a tracking number, but your system could not be accessed to track the delivery. The message on your tracking program stated that you were using some program to prevent scamming, but all customers want to bwe able to track their expected packages.
