Ordered a boat seat cooler. The picture in the description appeared larger than the actual size. I could tell as soon as I received it that it wasn't going to be the size I needed. I contacted them to ask if I could return it and they responded quickly with approval for a return even though I noticed on my receipt that it wasn't an item that you could return. Overjoyed they worked with me on this!
