The picture showed the bouy with hardware installed, At the end of the description it said in fine print hardware not included. My fault for not reading it completely but photo was not accurate. Instructions for connecting to chain were helpful.

My overall experience was positive. When I hadn't received any tracking info I emailed customer service and received a answer back that day.
