I cant say any thing about the product yet, I haven't had a chance to analyze any boats yet with it. just got it yesterday. other then that i am happy with the order and shipping speed. the only reason for customer service was to verify the order.

Boatplicity was good, FedEx was not. The refrigerator arrived on its side. It was not secured in the truck. It fell over a pallet and it dented the side of the refrigerator. Fortunately it did not effect the functioning and is not visible once installed.
