First order experience was great. Received the day after I ordered.
I ordered the very same item on Jul 21st, got a shipping notification and tracking number but the item appears to be stalled somewhere. I need it sooner rather than later. I have spoken with customer service via telephone call and online chat, but not getting much of a response from either. Appreciate someone looking into it as I need this item quickly. Thanks, Tim.

Only complaint I have is the fact that the item was at my house before there server ever showed it had shipped. And I had the item for over 4 days b4 I ever received tracking information. But the order was at my door 3 days after I ordered it.
