No one informed us that there would be 2 separate packages of 5 each for total of 10 switches. This created some concerns regarding a possible shortage.

This was the first time I had ordered from Boatplicity, not having come across them in my previous searches for gear. As what I was looking for was a brand name product I selected purely based on price. The purchase process went seamlessly and the two items I bought showed up within a day of each other, both well within the delivery date promised. The items were well packaged and arrived undamaged, and were exactly as I had ordered and expected.
