Pacer Performance TE8-38R-25 Heat Shrink Ring Terminal 8 AWG 3/8" Stud 25-Pack

The Pacer Performance TE8-38R-25 heat shrink ring terminal provides professional-grade electrical connections for 8 AWG wire applications. This 25-piece pack features marine-grade terminals designed for harsh environments where moisture, vibration, and corrosion are concerns.

Heat Shrink Protection Technology:

Each terminal features a translucent, adhesive-lined polyolefin heat shrink tubing that creates an environmentally sealed connection. When heated to approximately 135°C, the tubing shrinks at a 3:1 ratio and the internal adhesive liner activates, forming a watertight seal around the wire connection. This dual-layer protection keeps out water, salt spray, condensation, and contaminants that cause wire corrosion.

Key Features:

• 8 AWG wire capacity with 3/8" stud size for versatile mounting applications
• Color-coded pink tubing with wire gauge imprint for quick identification
• 0.59" terminal pad width provides secure contact surface
• Added strain relief and vibration protection for rugged environments
• Operating temperature range: -55°C to 125°C (-67°F to 257°F)
• 600-V voltage rating with 900-V/mil dielectric strength
• Conforms to automotive manufacturer specifications for wiring repairs

Certifications:

• UL Listed
• CSA Certified
• RoHS Compliant

Ring terminals provide the most secure electrical connection method, as the closed-loop design prevents accidental disconnection under vibration or movement. Ideal for automotive, marine, RV, and powersports electrical systems where reliability is critical.
