I purchased a Mahle Original turbocharger the box came sealed from the manufacturer. The order was processed in a timely manner and the product arrived within 5 days. Thank you.

Saia is a horrible freight company. I used to deal with them at my previous job as a shipper. Box had a little damage, paint is rubbed off in a couple areas and swivel wheel assembly was bent. I was able to get it straight. Hopefully it will roll ok once it has weight on it. Not something I would expect for a $1500 item. I had to call Saia several times because I was getting a runaround on the delivery, they kept telling me they would schedule a delivery time. Never did, it showed up at my house unexpected, luckily my wife was still home. Seems like a good product though
