The order itself was great, exactly what I needed for a great price. The shipping however was dismal. I had paid for 2 day shipping but received it after 7 days. After contacting customer service, the issue was resolved quickly and money refunded for the shipping charge. Great CS and place to shop.

Extremely satisfied with my product. It arrived without any issues. The box was marked and packaged very well to ensure there would be no damage since the item was fragile. I had a great experience from start to finish. Will definitely order again from Boatplicity.
