Ordered a battery. Price was good, paid for upgraded shipping, which was a waste.
Battery arrived ok, but packaging was not dense and secure, especially given that this was a very heavy item.

Shipping took longer than expected as I paid for expedited shipping. I reached out to ask why it wasn't sent two day and got no reply. The customer service could really use improvement and this is reflected in multiple reviews.
However, the products arrived safely and as described. I'm very satisfied with the pricing as well. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing.
