The product came very quickly. The only thing I would like to see change is just put the item in a box so it doesn't get damaged getting to someone.

SO HAPPY! I have to admit, I was hesitant because I had never heard of autoplicity and there wasn't item a picture up for the Thule T2 rack I bought, but wow am I happy. Autopliicity had it for $100 less than other sites and the shipper was Amazon prime fast!!! Definitely a happy customer!!!!
