We ordered a cover for a pickup truck bed and were so pleased that it was shipped so quickly.  The price was the lowest that we found on the internet or in any of the stores where we looked.  We were notified by e-mail as soon as it shipped.  We will definitely shop this site again.

Hi - I just want to say what a great job your customer service person - Rob Fratu did for me.  I purchased a set of Mickey Thompson Indy tires thru Autoplicity's internet site.  To my misfortune; the tires were out-of date (manuf. in 2005)when they were shipped from the warehouse. One of the tires immediately began to split around the outerside wall once it was mounted.  I emailed pictures to Rob ; and he took care of the entire situation and got 100% of my purchase refunded to me.<br>I want to thank Rob for all his assistance and for Autoplicity for taking care of the customer and standing behind their business!!  I must admit - I was a little worried and expected the worst? thanks again - best regards - Willis Hiscock
