I was very impressed by Autoplicity's customer service and excellent pricing on brand name products. Also, they provided lightning fast shipping even as the holiday weekend approached.<br>As much as I want to see everyone in this world to "live long and prosper," I was especially pleased to deal with a company that did not export their customer service to another country. <br>I look forward to doing business again with Autoplicity.

I like the price and I like the product.the only issue was communication. I didn't receive information that it was shipped until after I received it. The process was still done quickly and I got the product in no time at all.

Product was exactly as described; ordering was easy; item shipped quickly with correspondence throughout the process to ensure speedy and informed arrival. Autoplicity was one of the only online providers of the Bushwacker fender flare installation kit I ordered. I would definitely do business with Autoplicity again! Great store!

excellent company with great prices and even better customer service. my order arrived, and too my surprise i found that it was not the product i had ordered. the customer service was prompt and i was informed that unknown to autoplicity, the product i ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer and what i recieved was their replacement. this was all unknown to autoplicity and they apoligized sincerely and have rectified the issue very much to my satifaction. the product itself arrived in perfect condition and meets or exceeds my expectations. i will look forward to shopping with autoplicity again due to their great prices and excellent customer service.
