My initial review was 1 star because I ordered a Thule rooftop cargo box, but cancelled the order after Autoplicity called me about collecting extra money to ship the item after their website did not charge me enough for shipping. After my initial review Autoplicity offered to ship the item totally free since the issue was a flaw in their website. This was unexpected, above and beyond in my opinion. I have yet to receive the item but commend Autoplicity's customer service

summit wouldn't let me order the part online...I called them and got disconnected during a transfer...turned out it was cheaper through autoplicity and I could order it online and pay via Amazon...awesome

Unbeliveable customer service and super fast shipping. I had a question about my order and I was able to use the online chat function to instantly connect with a customer service agent that was quick to answer all my questions regarding my order. I am very pleased with the level of service I received not to mention the great price they offered on the item I purchased.
