I tried to use paypal and it didn't include the shipping (I had not clicked on estimate shipping). So I used the browser back button and hit estimate shipping. The new total showed up but then I hit 'paypal' again and it was still the old amount. So I just went ahead and paid with Visa. No big deal but thought you might like to know.
