What I thought would be a nice and easy purchase didn't quite turn out that way. I ordered the Holley fuel pump module for my 1999 Chevy Suburban K1500, because I wanted an upgrade from OEM to take advantage of the mods I have done to my truck. Autoplicity was the only vendor that offered a cost effective shipping upgrade: $60.98 for Next Day Air UPS, plus they showed the item in stock in their warehouse. The next day, I received an email confirming my order, but never reflected the item being shipped. I called customer service later in the day, but was told that the warehouse was already closed and that I could expect a shipping confirmation email the next day, which would have been Thursday. I had originally ordered the pump on Tuesday night and had my truck towed to my garage Wednesday late morning. I had alerted the shop that I had ordered the part and expected it Thursday, so they could install it and get my truck back by close of business Friday. It wasn't until late Thursday morning, when I once again had to call Autoplicity customer service, that I learned that the warehouse had made a mistake and sent the pump UPS Ground with the tracking showing delivery by Friday end of day. I finally received the pump around 1 PM Friday, and was luckily able to deliver it to my shop and have the install done that afternoon. I am giving 4 stars because the end result was that I got my truck back Friday evening, waiting for the Holley pump was the right decision in terms of vehicle performance, and Autoplicity refunded me my $60.98 for expedited shipping. I will consider them in the future for my auto parts needs.
