Not satisfied, what I was ordering were not the products that I wanted even though the website indicated that these belts were the correct ones for my cars. I would like to return them as soon as possible and have the correct serpentine belts sent to me assp.

Needed to speak to a rep about a quantity problem...none available. Finally resolved it (I think).

The price is right but shipping cost is high. I bought a transmission seal for $12.91 and shipping was $13.31. The box it shipped in was about 10 times bigger than the part itself. Reduce the box and reduce my shipping cost please ! Else than that the part was in good condition, it was packed right and shipping time was reasonable.
