I shopped and found a window regulator for my truck. It would be more convenient if you would specify in the product description if the window regulator is for the left side or the right side. I ordered the item on a Sunday evening. By Tuesday evening, I still hadn't heard anything regarding the shipment so I email Customer Service via the website. On Thursday, I hadn't heard anything from my email inquiry and the order was still showing "In Process" on the website. I called Customer Service and was told that they would have to call the warehouse and advise me as to the status in an email. I received the email several hours later with the tracking information. The item had been shipped on Wednesday and I received it on Friday.
