The site was very easy to shop and the prices are great compared to other sites. The item arrived much faster than expected. The only picture of the product on the website was not the actual product and was something totally different but the item description and the information requested (make, year, model etc.) assured me it was the correct item. Overall 100% satisfied.

When I contacted the store, the representative was not very helpful and spoke in a manner that appeared apprehensive.
