The product i order had a very bad description. I thought i was buying a whole material rack and it turns out it was only the side rails. Then i had to order the rest of the parts so that we can build the rack. I though i was gettin a great deal on the whole rack but it turns out i could have had a better deal had the description of the product been correct. Contacted them to talk about it and their customer service was awful. The person who answered the phone had no clue about the products and had to check with the warehouse, after that she said she would email me to let me know what was going on. A phone call would have been preferred but no offered. Shipping was very quick though!
