Moeller 32512 12-Gallon Permanent Below Deck Marine Fuel Tank

The Moeller 32512 is a 12-gallon permanent below-deck marine fuel tank built from rotationally molded, cross-linked polyethylene — a superior alternative to conventional aluminum tanks. Engineered for reliable, long-term installation aboard gasoline or diesel-powered boats, this tank is a trusted choice among quality boat builders and serious boaters alike.

Key Features:

• Cross-linked polyethylene construction — provides excellent corrosion and pit resistance, and allows for complex shape designs not possible with aluminum tanks
• Ethanol & biodiesel compliant — safe for use with modern fuel blends
• Machined aluminum 3/8" withdraw fitting with 360° rotational capability for easy and flexible hook-up
• 1-1/2" diameter fill spout with Hose Tite™ fittings; fill, withdraw, and vent fittings molded directly into the tank shell
• Integrated electrical sending unit compatible with industry-standard 33–240 Ohm dash-mounted fuel gauges
• Hold-down grooves molded directly into the shell — compatible with Moeller Tank Cradle Hold Down Kit (Part No. 035710 or 300110, sold separately)
• UV rating of 8 — temperature rated from -40°F to 176°F
• Meets all ABYC, NMMA, and U.S. Coast Guard regulations; CE certification available
• ABYC-compliant fittings with seamless connections to low-perm hoses

Tank Specifications:

• Capacity: 12 gallons (45 liters)
• Dimensions: 24.50" L x 18.50" W x 7.25" H (add 2-1/8" to height to accommodate fill spout height)

Note: Due to Moeller production changes, below-deck tanks may be shipped with molded polyethylene fuel fills in lieu of aluminum fuel fills. For diesel applications, a return kit (Part No. 035724-10) is recommended. Compatible installation kit: Part No. 035723 (sold separately).
