Moeller Permanent Below Deck Marine Fuel Tank

The Moeller Permanent Below Deck Marine Fuel Tank line gives boat builders and owners a durable, permanently installed fuel tank for gasoline and diesel applications. Each tank is rotationally molded from cross-linked polyethylene. This makes it a corrosion-resistant alternative to traditional aluminum and metal fuel tanks.

Key Features:

• Cross-linked polyethylene construction: The material resists corrosion and pitting. It is also impervious to ethanol-enhanced fuel.
• Seamless, one-piece design: Rotational molding allows complex tank shapes that fit tight below-deck spaces.
• Molded-in fittings: Fill spout, withdraw and vent fittings are molded directly into the shell. This gives secure, leak-resistant connections.
• Rotating withdraw fitting: The machined aluminum withdraw fitting swivels 360° for convenient hose hook-up.
• Hold-down grooves: Grooves are molded into the shell so the tank can be strapped down securely, even in rough conditions.
• Sending unit: An electrical fuel sending unit is included for use with a dash-mounted gauge. Calibration is the industry-standard 33-240 ohm.
• Regulatory compliance: Tanks conform to ABYC, NMMA and U.S. Coast Guard requirements.

Moeller permanent tanks are a popular choice among quality boat builders. They suit new boat builds, repowers and fuel system replacements. The line is available in a range of capacities and shapes to suit different hull layouts. Diesel applications may require a separate fuel return kit.
