Moeller 32525 25-Gallon Permanent Below Deck Marine Fuel Tank

The Moeller 32525 is a 25-gallon permanent below deck marine fuel tank engineered for reliable, long-term fuel storage aboard boats and watercraft. Constructed from rotationally molded, cross-linked polyethylene, this tank offers superior corrosion and pit resistance compared to conventional aluminum tanks, making it ideal for demanding marine environments.

Each tank ships complete with Hose Tite machined aluminum fill spouts, withdraw, and vent fittings molded directly into the shell for a secure, leak-resistant installation. The machined aluminum 3/8" withdraw fitting features 360° rotational capability, providing maximum flexibility and convenience during hookup. A 5-hole reinforced sending unit, calibrated to the industry-standard 33–240 Ohm range, comes standard and is compatible with industry-standard dash-mounted fuel gauges.

Tank dimensions are 47.00" L x 18.03" W x 7.50" H (overall height including fill spout is 10.25"). Note: Due to Moeller production changes, tanks may be shipped with molded polyethylene fuel fills in lieu of aluminum fuel fills. Use only flexible fuel lines; do not solid-plumb fuel lines directly to the tank.
