I was not able to make a purchase using my visa card with my phone, and was not able to get help by calling. I was however able to complete the order with a computer and using Paypal. I also suspect my coupon code did not get applied to the order. Your prices are good, and I was eventually able to make the order, and the discount may have been applied, so there is room for me to move this rating up. Hopefully shipping is also reasonable, which would make me happy.
