I called and the sales rep could not get the card to work because of a billing address error. I tried myself on the website and it was providing the same error, I then checked out with Amazon and everything went smooth. I would like to se if the sales rep that helped me originally can receive credit for selling me this item ( if that's how your company works) I hate that amazon got a piece of the pie when I called your company direct to order, but it is what it is.
