I checked the status on my order on Autoplicity website a couple days after placing my order and it was wasn't showing any orders on my account. I called Autoplicity main number, they found my order, but they couldn't tell me the status of it. They told me that I will get an email when my order ships from their warehouse. About an hour later after my phone status inquire my order was delivered by UPS. I thank you for that and the expedite delivery. However I believe in keeping customers well informed is a good way to keep customers satisfied. Thanks
