Timbren Industries FR1504D SES Suspension Enhancement System

The Timbren Industries FR1504D SES (Suspension Enhancement System) is a progressive rubber spring upgrade designed to improve your vehicle's load-carrying capacity and ride quality when towing or hauling heavy loads. This bolt-on suspension solution installs between the frame and axle, replacing or supplementing your factory bump stops with engineered Aeon® hollow rubber springs.

Key Features:

• Progressive spring rate increases resistance as load increases for smooth, controlled ride
• No air bags, compressors, or maintenance required—completely self-contained design
• Bolt-on installation with no drilling or modifications needed
• Reduces body roll, sway, and rear-end squat when loaded
• Improves braking stability and steering control under load
• Engineered Aeon® rubber construction for durability and longevity
• Works with factory suspension—doesn't replace existing components
• Lifetime warranty from Timbren Industries

The FR1504D model is specifically engineered for Ford applications, providing enhanced suspension support without compromising your unloaded ride quality. When your vehicle is empty, the Timbren springs remain virtually inactive, maintaining your factory ride characteristics. As weight is added, the hollow rubber springs progressively engage to provide the exact amount of support needed.
