Timbren Industries FR250SDF SES Suspension Enhancement System

The Timbren Industries FR250SDF SES Suspension Enhancement System provides a progressive suspension upgrade designed to improve ride quality, stability, and load-carrying capacity for towing and hauling applications. This system utilizes Timbren's proprietary Aeon hollow rubber spring technology that acts as a secondary suspension support, engaging progressively as the load increases.

Key Features:

• Aeon hollow rubber spring construction eliminates metal-to-metal contact and harsh bottoming out
• Progressive engagement provides empty ride comfort with full-load stability
• No air lines, compressors, or inflation required—completely maintenance-free operation
• Reduces body roll, sway, and squat when towing trailers or carrying heavy cargo
• Bolt-on installation with no drilling or modifications required
• Lifetime warranty on rubber springs
• Made from durable, weather-resistant Aeon rubber compound

The SES system installs between the frame and axle, working in conjunction with your existing suspension to provide additional support exactly when needed. When unloaded, the springs remain inactive, preserving your factory ride quality. As weight is added, the springs progressively engage to absorb shock and maintain proper ride height.
