Timbren Industries DF25004E SES Suspension Enhancement System

The Timbren Industries DF25004E SES (Suspension Enhancement System) is a hydraulic rubber spring upgrade designed to improve your vehicle's load-carrying capability and ride quality when towing or hauling heavy loads. This system replaces your factory bump stops with engineered Aeon® hollow rubber springs that progressively engage as weight is added, providing automatic load support without the need for air lines, compressors, or manual adjustments.

Key Features:

• Aeon® hollow rubber spring technology provides progressive, self-adjusting load support
• No maintenance required—no air bags to fill, no compressors to maintain
• Installs in approximately 30 minutes with basic hand tools
• Eliminates squat, sway, and bottoming out when loaded
• Maintains factory ride quality when unloaded
• Engineered from natural rubber compounds for extreme durability
• Works in all weather conditions, including extreme cold
• Lifetime warranty on rubber springs

The SES system is ideal for truck and SUV owners who regularly tow trailers, haul heavy cargo, or install truck campers. Unlike air bag systems, Timbren's rubber spring technology requires zero maintenance and delivers consistent performance in temperatures ranging from -40°F to +220°F. The system activates progressively as load increases, providing support exactly when and where you need it.
