I placed an order for items that were listed on your website as being in stock (KYB SR4225 and SR4226). I ordered several other parts with these. Upon receiving my order, (very promptly) the above noted strut assemblies were not sent. I figured they were to be sent in a second shipment. Instead, I received an e-mail stating they were on a back order for 30 days from KYB. I was not happy with this but decided to wait the 30 days. After 30 days, I receive another e-mail stating it would be another 60 days. All the while, these parts are STILL listed on your website as "in stock" I have informed your reps. by e-mail as well as by phone and nothing has been done to correct this inaccuracy.
I had to cancel my original order for these parts and purchase another brand.
I am very pleased with the speed of delivery, but am extremely disappointed with the lack of honest on your website. I purchased these parts from you because you were the only company that listed them in stock. At least the other online companies were honest and upfront by listing them on back order until November.
As of the time of this letter, your website STILL lists these parts as "in stock".
I will be checking your website regularly to see if you make the proper changes.
