Item was damaged in shipment. Contacted you via phone and was told they could do nothing and was instructed to submit an online inquiry. That was done. Was contacted 2 days later asking how to proceed with a return for refund or a replacement. I stated that now the item was in critical need for the time frame needed and asked if another one could be expedited at your expense (to be refunded you by the shipper FedEx), if that was the case I would choose to purchase another one ASAP and have it expedited and then would return the damaged one for a refund. Now it is the next day and still have heard nothing. Terrible customer service.
