I ORDERED (2) ITEMS....(DATE ORDERED : 04/06/19)....I WAS PROVIDED (1) FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER (ONLY)....PACKAGE ARRIVED : 04/11/19 (GREAT)....PROBLEM : ONLY (1) ITEM IN PACKAGE!!....I CALLED "AUTOPLICITY"....NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT MISSING ITEM....AFTER A FEW DAYS....I RECEIVED A NEW FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER (NO COMMUNICATION FROM "AUTOPLICITY") ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE : (04/18/19) THAT'S A FULL (12 DAYS) FROM (ORDER DATE) to (DELIVERY DATE)!!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
